All orders are processed daily as they are received: Monday - Friday, excluding Monday - Friday. We observe normal holidays that banks are usually closed for including Festivus, Groundhog day, and Oktoberfest. Orders are filled in the order that they are received.

What does processing mean? That means that we verify your payment and know where the hell to ship your shirts. After processing the information you send us, we start to make what you've ordered and get it ready to put in a box to send your way! If the order is personalized in any way, we ask that you give us 2-3 weeks for completion. In most cases, your order will take 1-2 weeks, but we would like to give ourselves enough time just in case one of us is in a fatal accident. On larger orders, we will work with you on a due date.

Only orders that provide an email address will receive a tracking number when your package is shipped. We guarantee everything you buy from blackTshirtTM to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Each item that is sent out from blackTshirtTM is inspected for quality and is hand packaged to prevent damage. NOTHING will ever be purposely sent out that was not a quality product, as that would damage our reputation for providing anything but quality products and we really don't want you to think we suck.

To uphold to our customer's care and concern, if you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us, promise you didn't let your dog sleep on it and send it to us within 14 days and we will either replace it or refund your money, whichever you prefer. This warranty does not include incidental or consequential damage, so if you got drunk and screwed up your cool blackTshirt, don't come crying to us. No other warranty is implied. Personalized items are exempt from refund unless Fred says so.

Keep your invoice! It includes information that we need about your return. Your invoice number with your name is your return authorization number. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of their invoice or they will not be refunded. Altered invoices will not be available for refunds unless you include a sizeable amount of cash or a nude picture of your hot girlfriend.

To return an item:
-Email sales@blacktshirt.com to notify them of your problem so that your complaint can be registered.
-Mark your package clearly "ATTN: RETURNS"
-For your protection, ship all returns prepaid and insured. We will refund your return postage when
appropriate (manufacturer defects only).
-Altered items and special orders are not returnable.
